Welcome to Finloanhub! These terms and conditions govern your use of our loan comparison services in Ireland. By interacting with our website, you agree to comply with these conditions.
Here, we have outlined your rights, obligations and the limitations of our services as a loan broker. Understand them carefully before agreeing to them. If these conditions are acceptable, we request that you discontinue your navigation and use of our services.
We are a mediator between borrowers and potential lenders. Our services are limited to matching our customers with an ideal lender. Thus, we are not part of the lending process. However, we are committed to helping you throughout the application process for pre-approval.
Before agreeing to our conditions, make sure that you are 18 years old Irish resident who can legally enter into an agreement. In addition, you agree to utilise our services for lawful practices in accordance with our terms and conditions. Provide valid and accurate information while applying with us, or else it may result in a loan deal and strict legal actions against you.
Our main role is to match you with potential lenders from our network. Loan approval or lending decision is not in our hands. Rates, terms and repayment conditions concerning loans are controlled by lenders, and they may vary from lender to lender. We have no role to play in the credit and affordability checks conducted by different lenders.
You do not have to pay us anything upfront for our services. We provide free services to our customers. Nevertheless, some lenders may pay us a commission or referral fee on the successful processing of loans. Our terms have nothing to do with the commission we charge.
When you provide your details in the application form, you give us the authority to share them within our network of lenders. There can be multiple lenders and even loan agencies who will perform a few assessments. They need to assess your eligibility ahead of proposing a loan offer.
By agreeing to borrow money, you agree to follow the terms and conditions set by the lender you have selected. Review the lender’s terms and conditions as well before giving your consent. Finloanhub cannot be held responsible for the decisions, actions and terms of the lender.
Maintaining the privacy of our customers’ information is our primary goal. Check out the privacy policy page as it tells how we will manage your personal data. Here, we make sure to adhere to all the applicable Irish and EU data protection laws.
By accessing our website, you give your acceptance to the collection and use of your personal information as mentioned in our privacy policy.
According to the law, we shall not be held responsible for any financial loss, damages or any indirect consequences happening because of direct or indirect use of our website and services. We are not involved in the decision-making processes of the lenders.
Thus, we cannot be blamed for the consequences you might face after entering a loan agreement. We cannot guarantee that information shared on this site is accurate and complete.
You might come across third-party sites on our website. They have been made available for your convenience. We do not regulate these sites, content, policies or practices.
